I've become a very active user of generative AI, mostly by experimenting with it in my everyday work, learning and personal projects. What interests me most is not simply getting AI to produce something for me, but figuring out where it can actually make thinking, researching, planning and creating more effective.

I use AI for everything from exploring unfamiliar topics and developing ideas to comparing options, analysing information, challenging my own thinking and working through problems. I've also used it alongside projects in service design, web design and content creation, and increasingly as a way to learn new tools and skills. My approach is highly iterative: I question, refine and test different directions until I reach something genuinely useful.

I'm very interested in how AI will continue to develop, and keen to keep learning new ways to use it effectively.
