International Relations & human rights

My interest in International Relations comes largely from wanting to understand how the world works: the systems behind it, how different issues connect and why complex global problems are rarely as simple as they first appear.

That curiosity led me to a master's degree in International Relations at the University of Glasgow, where I was particularly drawn to human rights, international development and global ethics. I enjoyed taking big, complex questions apart, researching them from different perspectives and building well-reasoned arguments around them.

During my studies, I also had two articles published in the Student Strategy & Security Journal (3SJ), a student-led, peer-reviewed academic journal affiliated with the University of Glasgow.

Publications:

3SJ Strategy & Security Journal - The Importance of Feminist Approaches in International Relations.

3SJ Strategy & Security Journal - NGOs and the Syrian Refugee Crisis.
